Creativo Inc. develops outreach to DC-area seniors
Merrifield, VA – Online communications company Creativo Inc. brings better living for Latino and other seniors in the D.C. area one step closer through its new website for Vida Senior Centers. The new design enhances accessibility for seniors and their families in two languages, and with an informative, user-friendly approach.
The non-profit Vida Senior Centers came to Creativo Inc. seeking to bring their 41 year old organization into the 21st century. They wanted to present their programs and services in a way that would convey their warm and caring image. Together with editorial support from Vida’s Naomi Ayala, Creativo Inc. designed an inviting online presence that appeals to seniors, their families, supporters of the organization, and potential new clients, and is easy for all generations to navigate.
Creativo also recognized the special needs of Latino clients and reflected Vida’s particular assets by providing an easy-to-use online translator into Spanish on the website. The new streamlined design is friendly, unintimidating, and interactive. It meets Vida’s goal of building a community, and helping seniors discover the many services, programs and resources that Vida provides to enhance their quality of life.
Besides working with Vida to develop the online experience, Creativo Inc. also enhanced Vida’s ability to keep the site effective. Creativo installed analytics to monitor visitor activity so staff can see which pages are most useful to users, and implemented a simple but powerful content management system so that staff can respond to that use and easily update online material.
